Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may take additional processing time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, but typical estimates are:
Standard
Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited
Shipping: 2-3 business days
Local
Pickup (if applicable): Available on Saturday’s through the website

We currently ship within the Continental US Only, if you are
outside of our shipping area, please contact us for possible shipping options.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Melt Me Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, if your
package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible
for reshipment or refund.
