About Nicole | Founder of Melt Me Candle Co.

Nicole’s journey into candle making began with a spark—literally. A thoughtful care package from a friend and a passion for fragrance ignited what would soon become a full-blown obsession. A former professional wedding and portrait photographer, Nicole brought with her a sharp creative eye and meticulous attention to detail—skills that now define the heart and soul of Melt Me Candle Co.

After earning her MBA in 2022, she combined her business savvy with her love of scent and set out to create something better than the mass-produced candles cluttering the shelves. One humble Amazon candle kit turned into deep research, late-night testing, and a “go big or go home” moment involving 40 pounds of wax—all in pursuit of the perfect burn.

Today, she burns through that same amount of wax monthly, handcrafting each candle from start to finish. From blending original scents and brainstorming sassy names to designing and printing labels, Nicole is behind it all.
