Does the illustration show the $45 basic sign?
The illustration includes three optional clear slats and a separate hanging post. The basic $45 starting example is an 11 × 11 inch sign with one standard acrylic backer and contrasting lettering. The hanging post package adds $25, including a magnet and hanging rings. Slats start at $10 each and can cost more depending on acrylic selection. Applicable tax and shipping additional.
Do wider ovals cost more?
Yes. An oval wider than 11.5 inches adds $5 to the basic starting reference, so it starts at $50 before other extras, tax and shipping. At 11.5 inches wide or less, the basic starting reference remains $45. The surcharge depends on width, not height. Acrylic, artwork and other upgrades can still affect your final quote.
What comes with the $25 hanging post?
The package includes the hanging post, a magnet and luggage-tag rings to hang your sign. Rings are available in coordinating colors, silver or black. The coordinating shade is confirmed during planning. Applicable tax and shipping are additional. There’s no separate magnet charge in this package.
Magnetic attachment needs a suitable surface. We’ll confirm compatibility with your setup; a tent’s size alone doesn’t establish whether its frame will work.
How much are slats and thicker acrylic?
Slats start at $10 each and can cost more depending on the acrylic you choose. Dimensions and materials are confirmed in your individual quote. The 1/4-inch acrylic option is an upgrade with an additional charge, also quoted individually.
Is the $25 planning fee an extra charge?
The $25 planning fee is nonrefundable, but it is credited toward your sign subtotal, 50% deposit and final purchase. It is not added on top of the quoted sign total. For a $45 sign, you pay $25 for planning, $0 more to reach the deposit and $20 for the final sign balance, before applicable tax and shipping.
The optional $25 hanging post package is a different item: it buys the post, magnet and hanging rings. The planning checkout only charges the planning fee, not the sign or its add-ons. The planning fee is retained for planning time if you don’t proceed.
Can I request a name sign or a different shape?
Yes. Share your wording, shape and construction ideas in the request. Nicole will confirm what works, the materials and the price during planning. The sketch is a starting point, not a final design.
Can my logo use more than two colors?
Yes. Choose your backer and primary lettering or logo color, then add as many additional acrylic color requests as you need. Describe each color, include an optional HEX reference and tell us where it belongs. Extra colors and materials are quoted individually, rather than included in the basic starting price. The generic sketch won’t reproduce your artwork; your actual logo and color placement are reviewed in planning and your final proof.
Can I match my brand colors?
An exact match to your brand colors usually isn’t possible with acrylic. I work with several acrylic distributors and will research available options to find the closest match possible. Share your HEX codes and reference artwork to guide the search. You’ll approve the actual material before I order it, and any substitutions need new approval.
When will my sign be ready?
Tell us your needed-by date. Timing depends on the project, material availability and approvals, so Nicole confirms feasibility with you. Production begins only after final proof approval and full payment.
How does shipping work?
Choose local pickup or request a shipping quote. Shipping is quoted separately for your finished sign and destination, then added to the final invoice before production. Applicable tax is added to each incremental invoice.
