FROM IDEA TO FINISHED SIGN
Pay a $25 nonrefundable planning fee plus applicable tax to begin. The $25 counts toward your 50% deposit on the sign subtotal and is credited toward your final purchase. Applicable tax is added to each invoice. Shipping is quoted separately and added to the final invoice, due before production.
Email your artwork, references and HEX ideas with your project or order ID. Nicole emails dated material choices so you can choose each part and reply with approval.
After your material approval email, Nicole sends an invoice only for the amount needed to reach at least 50% of the confirmed sign subtotal, before tax and shipping, counting the $25 already paid. Applicable tax is added to that invoice. If the $25 covers half, no extra deposit is due. Then materials are ordered.
Reply to approve the dated final proof: logo, spelling, layout and every QR destination. Nicole sends the remaining sign balance, quoted shipping and applicable tax on the final invoice. Payment is verified before cutting or personalization begins.

03 + 04 / REVIEW BEFORE WE MAKE
Nicole sends both checkpoints by email and records your reply with its version and date. The panels below explain that process. Approvals are not submitted on this page.
Nicole emails photos or supplier choices for the actual available materials. Choose a material for each part, then review the dated version showing the exact material, finish, color and placement. Reply to that email with your approval; Nicole records it before materials are ordered.
At this step, only the amount needed to reach 50% of the confirmed sign subtotal is due, counting the $25 already paid. This amount is calculated before tax and shipping; applicable tax is added to the top-up invoice. If that already covers half, no additional deposit is due. Nicole sends a separate top-up invoice only if an amount is due. Applicable tax is added to each invoice. Shipping is quoted separately and added to the final invoice, due before production. Materials are ordered only after your approval email and verified payment.
After your final approval email, Nicole sends a separate invoice for the remaining sign balance. Applicable tax is added to each invoice. Shipping is quoted separately and added to the final invoice, due before production. If shipping is requested, Nicole shows you its quote before adding it to the final invoice. Payment must be verified before cutting or personalization starts.
